So Many Lasts.

The final two weeks in Brussels were filled to the brim with a mix of new and old. They were days spent sleeping off a cold, studying (at least a little bit) for exams, but most importantly wandering in the freezing cold to still unexplored areas of Brussels as well as hitting all the old favorites. I got a last croissant at the lime green corner bakery, a final dinner at our favorite Irish pub, a last Belgian beer, a last "family" dinner with the brussels crew, a final trip to Grand Place, my last walk to VeCo, my last time seeing Stef and Diane (at a fun bday celebration for Diane to see Stef's band), and so many more lasts. Even though we were squeezing in as many "lasts" as possible, there were still some new experiences, most importantly a magical night of snow on our last night in Brussels!

Day trip to Bruges.

Exploring with Allie!

Jillian went with me to celebrate Diane's bday...

...and see Stefan's concert! Ridiculous. Love it.

Wandering through the Sablon area with Sara Beth, Allie, and Shannon.

Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula

Nativity scenes from all over the world.

My favorite.

Beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

SNOW! A magical way to spend our last night in Brussels.
